Refund Policy

Refund Policy – Symbolic Image Photography

1. Deposits & 24-Hour Cancellation Window

Clients may cancel their booking within 24 hours of payment and receive a full refund, including the deposit.

After this 24-hour period, all deposits become non-refundable as they secure the Photographer’s time and availability.

2. Cancellations After 24 Hours

  • Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled shoot will not incur additional charges beyond the forfeited deposit.

  • Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled shoot may be subject to additional fees up to 50% of the total booking cost.

3. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours notice, subject to availability.

  • Deposits may be applied to a rescheduled booking within 30 days of the original date.

  • Repeated rescheduling or last-minute changes may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Refunds After Services Rendered

  • Once photography services have been performed, no refunds will be issued.

  • Due to the subjective nature of photography, dissatisfaction with style, composition, or aesthetic preferences does not qualify for a refund.

5. Image Delivery Issues

  • In the event of technical failure or loss of images, Photographer will offer either:

    • A reshoot, if feasible, or

    • A refund of the amount paid for the affected service

6. Turnaround & Delays

  • Refunds will not be issued for delays in delivery unless delays exceed 1additional day beyond the stated turnaround time without reasonable communication.

7. Client Responsibility

Refunds will not be issued due to:

  • Property not being ready, staged, or accessible

  • Missed appointments or denied entry

  • Client scheduling errors

8. Force Majeure

Photographer is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, illness, or emergencies.
