I'm Scott Anthony Horowitz, a San Diego-based photographer specializing in real estate and architectural imagery, aerial photography, and 3D/virtual tours. Before picking up a camera professionally, I spent years as a licensed Realtor in San Diego — which means I don't just photograph a property, I understand what actually helps it sell. I know what agents need on a deadline, what buyers respond to online, and how to make a space feel like somewhere people want to live.

I'm a certified FAA Part 107 drone pilot, a graduate of the New York Institute of Photography, and a trained Matterport imaging specialist — so every shoot, from ground-level interiors to aerial exteriors to full 3D walkthroughs, is backed by real technical training, not guesswork. I offer both premium Matterport tours and Zillow-optimized 3D Home tours, and work with agents to figure out which format is the better fit so the marketing matches the property and where it's being sold. I'm also currently expanding into aerial mapping and photogrammetry, bringing drone imagery into construction, survey, and site-documentation work.

Before real estate, I spent nearly three decades building and running my own branding and embroidery business — so client service, reliability, and turnaround times aren't an afterthought here. They're the whole model.
